"ELFAN," which means "ART" in Lebanese, was founded by Fabienne Touma, an artist, cultural manager, and journalist.
This organization provides a range of cultural management services, including the curation of artistic projects, artist promotion, cultural mediation, and support, with the mission of making art more accessible to the public.
With her expertise in the field and skills in the performing arts and visual arts (drawing, painting, photography), Fabienne Touma carries out a variety of projects alongside with ELFAN.
She also established "Portraits of Lebanese Artists," the first online platform dedicated to promoting Lebanese artists. Furthermore, by involving these Lebanese artists in her various projects with ELFAN, Fabienne Touma helps raise their awareness of working in the cultural sector abroad and of cultural mediation, which remains relatively undeveloped in the country.
ELFAN thus embodies Fabienne Touma's vision : to illuminate art by sharing authentic stories and enhancing the connections between artists and their audiences.
