The Platform is hosted by HOSTINGER INTERNATIONAL LTD, whose registered office is at 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus, contactable at: https://www.hostinger.fr/contact.

4. PROPRIETE INTELLECTUELLE
Any reproduction, redistribution or commercialisation of the Platform's content, in whole or in part, is prohibited.

The Platform and all the elements comprising it (texts, images, trademarks, logos or other distinctive signs, software, domain names, databases, studies, drawings, designs, prototypes, etc.) are the property of ELFAN and/or the property of its partners and are protected by intellectual property rights or by the provisions relating to image rights.

ELFAN grants the user of the Platform only a right to consult the information appearing on the Platform, and for strictly personal use. Accordingly, none of the elements present on the Platform may be reproduced, redistributed and/or commercialised (etc.), in whole or in part.

Any other use by the user, or reproduction of the Platform, of its elements, or of related data, not previously, expressly and in writing authorised by ELFAN, is prohibited and may constitute infringement within the meaning of French law.

5. PERSONAL DATA (CONTACT FORM: SURNAME, FIRST NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS AND REQUEST)
The Platform does not place cookies, does not offer subscriptions and does not collect any personal data (in particular connection and identification data).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, when a user of the Platform wishes to contact ELFAN via the “Contact” page of the Platform, they will need to share personal identification data (surname, first name, email address and the content of their request / the matter they raise) which will enable ELFAN to follow up on their contact request. The personal data requested is therefore collected and processed by ELFAN for the sole purpose of following up and responding to the contact request of the user concerned (who made the contact request).

A user who makes a contact request via the “Contact” page of the Platform expressly consents to ELFAN collecting and processing the aforementioned personal data concerning them, for the sole purpose of dealing with the matter or matters they raise in their contact request.

The personal data thus collected will be deleted immediately once the matter(s) raised by the user in their contact request have been dealt with. ELFAN undertakes to protect the personal data of users who have made a contact request and to maintain, as far as possible, the security and confidentiality of their personal information.

In any event, the user concerned has a right of access, objection, rectification and/or deletion of the data concerning them, by sending a request to ELFAN by email to the following address: contact@elfan.fr If their request is not granted (relating to their personal data), the user concerned may refer the matter to the supervisory authority: the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (the CNIL).

It should be noted that:
The personal data of artists categorised and published on the Platform is collected and processed by ELFAN with the agreement and consent of the artists concerned, and in compliance with personal data protection laws, in particular French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended and the General Data Protection Regulation.
