« ELFAN » , which means « ART » in Lebanese arabic, was founded by the Lebanese Fabienne Touma, a cultural manager. Passionate about art and artists, ELFAN is the outcome of her artistic & academic journey to try to pierce their secrets.
With an MBA in Cultural Engineering and Management from ICART Paris, & a background in performing arts, photography & drawing, Fabienne Touma applies her expertise to the many cultural and artistic projects she leads with ELFAN.
Keen to promote artists from her native country, Fabienne Touma created the first e-platform dedicated to Lebanese artists, called "Lebanese Artists's Portraits".
